If you're going to bike with a dog, this would be the place to do it.
From in front of the hotel I walked north towards the Marina Tel Aviv. The crappy weather didn't do the city much justice at this point, but I just had to go out and try to see something interesting before heading to work and hunkering down in front of the old computer again...
